C & R Constructors, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial/Residential construction company located in Sanford, Florida. Founded in 2016, we have over 25 years of experience in a variety of construction fields.  Our expertise includes commercial build outs and construction, multi-family dwellings and residential remodeling including large home improvements, add-ons and complete remodels. Our subcontractors are thoroughly vetted and supervised for quality assurance.

Curtis Hoffman

President/CEO

Curtis is a generational trades contractor who learned the building industry as a self-performing residential and light commercial contractor and later became a commercial builder. Once in the commercial market, he obtained experience in Tenant Interior build-outs, renovations, and refresh type projects. Curtis has over 35 years in these fields. Curtis also has extensive experience in design build projects both as a contractor, construction manager, and has worked in multiple states.

Riley Hoffman

President/COO

Riley started in the construction and trades business when he was 14 years old. By the time he graduated high school he was well versed in electrical service and installs as well as most aspects of residential and commercial renovations. Riley is currently testing for his general contractor’s license and has plans to earn his master electricians license in the next 5 years.

Ronnie Gregory

Vice President

Ronnie recently retired as a highly respected law enforcement manager after 35 years of service to his community. Ronnie is an effective manager and has currently taken the lead in marketing and sales. Ronnie has approximately 6 years of construction background.
